Kalyan is a seasoned Solution Architect and Software Engineer with over 20 years of hands-on experience building applications across non-profits, financial services, retail, sports associations, and the automotive sector, from start-ups to large Canadian public corporations. He has led solution architecture and engineering teams through complex, large-scale implementations across multiple industries. Kalyan brings deep expertise in application development, LLMs, AI agents, machine learning, and predictive analytics, combining strong systems thinking with a passion for emerging technologies. An avid learner and builder at heart, he holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Software) from McMaster University. Outside of work, he enjoys off-roading, chasing the Northern Lights, and exploring Canada's Northern Territories.
